Summary: The property was exactly as described. We needed a place to stay to attend a graduation at Michigan State University which was only 12 minutes away via highway. The place was either recently upgraded/remodeled or just really well maintained. It was spotless and nicely decorated in a very modern way. Excellent communication - very caring and thoughtful hosts. Highly recommend to all. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks for a wonderfully seamless experience, Eric & Jen!

Summary: What a fun place to meet up with old friends! Eric greeted me to open the door when I arrived a bit early. The house is adorable and very clean. We unpacked and visited before heading out for a delicious dinner and concert downtown. My friends and I had ample space and slept well. In the morning, we walked to Frances Park, enjoyed the spring birdsong and rushing waters of the Grand.

Summary: Great location to MSU, which is where we needed to go the place is super cute extra nice touches even coffee, which I was totally ill, prepared myself and so thrilled they thought of that to save me in the morning. Comfortable beds and just a great place easy communication with the owners.

Summary: We were in town for a girls weekend/bowling tournament and the location was perfect. The property was well maintained and had everything we needed, then some. Eric and Jen were great hosts. Definitely recommend staying with them.
